Shipping and Delivery Terms

At www.reetsj.com, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find our terms regarding shipping and delivery, in accordance with the terms of PostNL.

  1. Shipping

    1.1 All orders are shipped via PostNL. 1.2 The flat shipping rate for each order within the Netherlands is €7.25. 1.3 Additional charges may apply for international shipments. Please contact our customer service for more information on international shipping costs.

  2. Delivery Time

    2.1 We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. 2.2 Custom and made-to-order products may have a longer processing time. The estimated delivery time will be communicated when your order is confirmed. 2.3 Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any delays with PostNL.

  3. Delivery Address

    3.1 Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. www.reetsj.com is not responsible for shipments lost due to an incorrect address. 3.2 If you notice an error in the delivery address after placing your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

  4. Track & Trace

    4.1 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a PostNL Track & Trace code, allowing you to track your package. 4.2 You can track the status of your shipment via the PostNL website or app using the Track & Trace code.

  5. Missed Deliveries

    5.1 If you are not home at the time of delivery, PostNL will leave a notice with instructions for a second delivery attempt or the location where you can pick up your package. 5.2 Packages not collected within the timeframe specified by PostNL will be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the package.

  6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

    6.1 Please check your order upon receipt. If your package arrives damaged, contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. 6.2 If any items are missing from your order, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

  7. Delays

    7.1 While we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays may sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or logistical issues with PostNL. 7.2 www.reetsj.com is not liable for any delays caused by PostNL.
