    2.1 Our products include unique, custom-made towel bags as well as some in-stock items. 2.2 The images of the products on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

  3. Orders

    3.1 Orders can be placed via the website www.reetsj.com. 3.2 After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation means that your order has been successfully received. 3.3 Reetsj reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if deemed necessary.

  4. Payment

    4.1 Payments must be made via the payment methods indicated on the website. 4.2 Prices on the website include VAT unless otherwise stated. 4.3 Your order will only be processed after payment is received.

  5. Delivery

    5.1 We strive to deliver your order within the specified timeframe. However, custom products may have a longer delivery time. 5.2 Reetsj is not liable for delays caused by the carrier. 5.3 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order.

  6. Returns and Cancellations

    6.1 Due to the unique and personalized nature of our products, custom orders cannot be returned or canceled after confirmation. 6.2 In-stock products can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition. 6.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

  7. Warranty

    7.1 Reetsj guarantees that the delivered products meet the usual requirements and standards that can be expected. 7.2 If a product does not comply with the agreement, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  8. Liability

    8.1 Reetsj is not liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of our products. 8.2 The total liability of Reetsj to the customer is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  9. Privacy

    9.1 Reetsj respects your privacy and ensures that your personal data is treated confidentially. 9.2 Your data is used solely for processing your order and improving our services.

  10. Force Majeure

10.1 Reetsj is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations if caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  1. Applicable Law

11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. 11.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
